Mini Tortillas

The perfect mini tortillas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Minced meat
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 piece Roughly chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 1 piece Yellow peppers
  • 1 piece Green peppers
  • 100 g Canned sweet corn
  • 200 g Salsa sauce
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 4 piece Fajitas (flatbread)
  1. Season the minced meat well and fry in oil with the onions in a pan. Add paprika and corn and sauté.
  2. Now add the salsa sauce and mix everything well. Season a little with pepper and salt.
  3. Now put some sour cream on each fajita and top with the minced meat. First fold the fajita down and then roll it up from left to right.
