Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Minced meat
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 Roughly chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 100 g Canned sweet corn
  • 200 g Salsa sauce
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 4 Fajitas (flatbread)

Instructions
 

  • Season the minced meat well and fry in oil with the onions in a pan. Add paprika and corn and sauté.
  • Now add the salsa sauce and mix everything well. Season a little with pepper and salt.
  • Now put some sour cream on each fajita and top with the minced meat. First fold the fajita down and then roll it up from left to right.
