Warm Sicilian Chocolate Cake

- 250 g Dark chocolate
- 250 g Butter
- 5 piece Eggs
- 5 piece Egg yolk
- 300 g Sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- Melt the chocolate together with the butter over a water bath, then leave to cool for 10 minutes.
- Beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until light yellow and then add to the chocolate and butter mixture. Finally stir in the flour.
- Fill the mixture into two greased molds with a diameter of 7.5 cm each sprinkled with cocoa powder and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 12 to 15 minutes.
- The cake will arch up slightly when it’s done.
