Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Dark chocolate
  • 250 g Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • 5 Egg yolk
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate together with the butter over a water bath, then leave to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until light yellow and then add to the chocolate and butter mixture. Finally stir in the flour.
  • Fill the mixture into two greased molds with a diameter of 7.5 cm each sprinkled with cocoa powder and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 12 to 15 minutes.
  • The cake will arch up slightly when it's done.
