Minions Cupcakes

The perfect minions cupcakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For approx. 10 cupcakes

  • 180 g Flour
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • 4 Ripe bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 drops Vanilla flavor
  • 125 g Butter
  • 125 g Powdered sugar

For the Minions decoration

  • Milk roll
  • Frizzers
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Dark chocolate stick or food coloring as a stick
  • Blue cupcake molds
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and baking powder together.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas, add the vanilla flavor, butter and eggs. Mix everything. Then mix these with the dry ingredients with a hand mixer.
  4. Fill the cupcake molds with 2 tablespoons of batter and bake them for 18 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, cut the milk rolls in half and prepare them for decoration.
  6. For the hair of the Minions, stick chocolate sprinkles on top of the milk rolls. Use the chocolate pen to draw two dots for the eyes and then press white frizzers over them. Draw the eye points in the frizzers, the edges of the glasses and the mouth with the chocolate stick.
  7. For the frosting mix the butter, powdered sugar and blue food coloring and spread on the finished, cooled cupcakes. Finally, put the Minions heads on it.
