Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g coffee powder
  • 400 ml milk
  • 12 sprigs of peppermint
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brew 4 cups of strong coffee. Heat the milk. Pick the leaves from 8 mint sprigs and finely grind them with sugar in a mortar or food processor. Froth the milk. Pour the coffee into 4 glasses and stir in 1 teaspoon of mint sugar to each. Spread the milk foam on top and garnish with the remaining mint. Serve with the remaining mint sugar.
