  • 250 g Vanilla icecream
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Green food coloring
  • 1 tsp Mint syrup

for garnish:

  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in the food processor or with the hand blender. Decorate with icing and fresh mint.
  • You can change the ratio of vanilla ice cream and milk as you wish. If you want a more creamy, firmer shake, then more ice or more thin-bodied, then more milk.
