Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g steak(s) (minutes)
  • 1 pack of tomato sauce with herbs or pureed tomatoes with herbs
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated
  • 2 packages of feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very quick casserole

Brown the minute steaks in a pan, season with salt and pepper. Then cut into small pieces and place in a baking dish. Dice the feta cheese and add it. Pour the tomato sauce over the meat and feta and mix everything well. Sprinkle the gratin cheese on top. Bake at 200°C (400°F) until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with rice.
