Minute Steak Rolls with Bacon and Risotto

- 250 g Risotto rice
- 1 piece Leek
- 4 disc Pork steak
- 4 disc Bacon slices
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Rapeseed oil
- 0,25 liter White wine dry
- 2 liter Vegetable broth hot
- Slightly heat a little butter in a saucepan, add risotto rice and let it translate.
- Then deglaze with white wine and always add a little hot vegetable stock while stirring constantly.
- In addition, clean the leek and cut into small rings. Steam lightly in a pan, it should still have a bite.
- Then beat the minute steak and cover with bacon slices, roll it up into roulades and fry well. Don’t forget to always stir the risotto and pour in the broth.
- Season the minute sticks well with pepper, but little salt.
- When the risotto is creamy, thick, add butter at the end. And finally stir in the Parmesan, season to taste and then stir in the leek.
