Salad: Shepherd’s Salad

The perfect salad: shepherd’s salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Shepherd’S cheese in brine
  • 1 glass Cut green olives
  • 1 glass Black olives cut
  • 1 Red Pepper fresh
  • 1 yellow Pepper fresh
  • 1 shot Orange oil
  • Pickled hot peppers
  • Salt pepper
  • 6 piece Pickled hot peppers
  1. Take the cheese out of the package, drain the brine and cut the cheese into small cubes on a board, put these in a bowl.
  2. Open the glasses with the olives and drain, add half of both glasses to the cheese.
  3. Wash the peppers and slice over them with a slicer.
  4. Put a dash of orange oil over everything, season a little with salt & pepper and stir 2 – 3 times and let it steep …
  5. 5 …. spread the pickled peppers on the salad and serve ….
