Salad: Shepherd’s Salad
The perfect salad: shepherd’s salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Shepherd’S cheese in brine
- 1 glass Cut green olives
- 1 glass Black olives cut
- 1 Red Pepper fresh
- 1 yellow Pepper fresh
- 1 shot Orange oil
- Pickled hot peppers
- Salt pepper
- 6 piece Pickled hot peppers
- Take the cheese out of the package, drain the brine and cut the cheese into small cubes on a board, put these in a bowl.
- Open the glasses with the olives and drain, add half of both glasses to the cheese.
- Wash the peppers and slice over them with a slicer.
- Put a dash of orange oil over everything, season a little with salt & pepper and stir 2 – 3 times and let it steep …
- 5 …. spread the pickled peppers on the salad and serve ….
