Instructions
- Cut both rolls open and cover each with a slice of cheddar cheese. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy on both sides, drain briefly and place two strips on each side of the cheddar while it is still hot. Whisk the eggs and let them set in the pan (scrambled eggs). Put equal parts on the bacon. Close the rolls. Bon Appetit!
