Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 steak(s) (minute pork steaks)
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • Basil, fresh leaves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the minute steaks with salt and pepper, then sear briefly in a pan. Place two slices of Parma ham next to each other for each steak, overlapping slightly. Place the steaks on the ham and top with tomato slices, mozzarella slices, and fresh basil leaves. Then roll them up and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Place them in a baking dish, add the pan juices, and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
