Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 plums
- 20 small mirabelle plums
- 40 ml water or apple juice
- 40 ml elderberry juice
- some tonka bean shavings
- e.g. honey or syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Halve the plums and mirabelle plums, remove the stones, and simmer with the juice for 5-10 minutes. Season with tonka bean zest and honey or syrup and serve.
