Mirabelle and plum ragout

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 plums
  • 20 small mirabelle plums
  • 40 ml water or apple juice
  • 40 ml elderberry juice
  • some tonka bean shavings
  • e.g. honey or syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Halve the plums and mirabelle plums, remove the stones, and simmer with the juice for 5-10 minutes. Season with tonka bean zest and honey or syrup and serve.
