Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g plum(s)
- 25 g brown cane sugar
- 125 g milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 6 tbsp milk, cold
- 20 g cornstarch
- some tonka bean shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash, halve, pit, and dice the plums. Simmer in the milk and cane sugar until tender. Then puree until smooth. Whisk the cinnamon with 6 tablespoons of cold milk. Add the cornstarch and tonka bean zest. Bring to a boil and ladle into bowls.
