Nutmeg marinade for grilled chicken breast

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 pieces nutmeg, whole nuts, ground
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Please don’t be put off by the amount of nutmeg, the meat will turn out wonderful.

Mix everything together to form a marinade. Pour the marinade over 5-12 chicken breast fillets in a freezer bag and place them in the refrigerator, tightly sealed, ideally overnight. Grill the meat the next day. The meat will be wonderfully tender and flavorful.
