Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 slices of white bread or 6 slices of baguette
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • curry powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

spicy variant

Crack the eggs into a plate and whisk with a fork. Add a little salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder. Place the bread slices in the pan and let them absorb some of the egg mixture. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bread slices on both sides until the egg crust is firm. Tip: Add a small splash of milk and a small corner of stock cube to the egg mixture.
