Miss_Maples salmon fillet with spinach and tagliatelle

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g spinach, frozen
  • 400 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 400 g pasta (tagliatelle)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Dill tips, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thaw the frozen spinach. Peel and press the garlic. Rinse the salmon fillet under running water and carefully pat dry. If the salmon fillet is in one piece, cut it into 4 equal pieces and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the fish with the crushed garlic for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat the remaining oil and sauté the spinach. Drain the pasta and toss it with the spinach in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Place the spinach pasta in deep plates and place the seared salmon fillets on top. If desired, garnish with dill sprigs.
