Mixed bean salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of beans (green beans), approx. 420 g net weight)
  • 1 can wax beans, fine, 420 g net weight
  • 2 large onions
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

easy and fast

Pour the beans into a colander and let them drain. Finely dice the onions and place them in a bowl. Add the beans and mix well. Combine the oil, water, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and salt in a small bowl and mix well. Then pour over the beans and onions and toss to coat. You can vary the types of beans and the amounts of dressing as desired.
