  • 170 g Dark rye flour
  • 60 g Spelled flour
  • 200 g Dark wheat flour
  • 170 g Whole wheat flour
  • 1 packet Natural sourdough
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,75 tsp Bread spice
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 400 ml Lukewarm water
  1. Put all the ingredients in the bread maker. Make sure that the water does not come into contact with the yeast too quickly, so it is advisable to add the yeast first, then all the flours and ingredients and finally the water.
  1. Set the bread maker to the basic program and bake. Tip: I first kneaded the dough in the dough program and switched it to Basis before it rose for the first time. This kneads the dough longer and makes it smoother.
