Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml water
- 150 g yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 150 g flour (wholemeal rye)
- 500 g flour (type 1050)
- 250 g flour (type 550)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for the bread maker
Add the ingredients to the bread maker, making sure the liquid ingredients go in first. Set the settings as follows: 750 g, medium browning, regular dough.
