Light cucumber salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 500 g natural yogurt (1.5%)
  • 150 g crème fraîche (creme legere)
  • ¾ bunch dill
  • Salt, coarse
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely slice the cucumbers, toss with the coarse salt, and place in a sieve. Let stand for 30 minutes. Mix the yogurt and crème fraîche, press in the garlic, chop the dill, and add. Squeeze the cucumbers into a cheesecloth and add to the sauce. Stir thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to serve. This salad is very light and fresh, making it a favorite in the summer, for example, at a barbecue.
