Chicory Salad with Melon and Grapes

The perfect chicory salad with melon and grapes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Fresh chicory
  • 400 g Green seedless grapes
  • 1 Fresh mango
  • 0,5 Honeydew melon
  • 100 g Dates
  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Mango juice
  • Lemon pepper
  • 1 pinch Cardamom spice
  • 1 pinch Clove powder
  1. Wash the chicory, cut in half and cut out the bitter stalk. cut the leaves into strips. Wash grapes, cut in half. Peel and halve the mango. Cut the pulp into wedges from the stone. Halve, peel and core the melon and cut the pulp into pieces.
  2. Cut the dates into strips. Mix the fruits and chicory in a bowl. Mix the buttermilk with creme fraiche and mango juice and season with the spices. Pour the dressing over the salad. Enjoy your meal!
