  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • 3 sausages, Turkish (sucuk)
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 herb(s)
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the sausages into small pieces and dice the bread. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch each of salt, pepper, and herbs. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the eggs, stirring occasionally. When they begin to set, add the sausage and bread pieces and fry briefly.
