Mixed Forest Mushrooms

The perfect mixed forest mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Mixed forest mushrooms (ceps, chestnuts and parasol / here: even today

  1. Carefully clean the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Heat butter (1 tbsp) and rapeseed oil (1 tbsp) in a pan, fry the onion cubes vigorously / stir-fry, add the mushrooms and fry / stir-fry with. Wash the chives, shake dry, cut into small rings with kitchen scissors and add to the mushroom pan. Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (4 big pinches) and serve with a vine tomato and grape each
