Sheep Cheese and Sun-dried Tomatoes Pickled in Olive Oil

- 1 packet Sheep cheese
- 1 packet Dried tomatoes in oil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Chilli flakes
- Thyme, rosemary, basil
- Colorful peppercorns
- Peel the garlic, cut lengthways and place in the glass.
- Dice the sheep’s cheese and add half of it to the glass.
- Add half of the chopped tomatoes and the herbs.
- Then add the remaining sheep’s cheese, tomatoes and herbs and fill with oil until everything is covered.
- Put in colored peppercorns … ready … and let it steep for at least a day.
