Sheep Cheese and Sun-dried Tomatoes Pickled in Olive Oil

Ingredients
 

  • 1 packet Sheep milk cheese
  • 1 packet Dried tomatoes in oil
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Chilli flakes
  • Thyme, rosemary, basil
  • Colorful peppercorns

Instructions
 

  • Peel the garlic, cut lengthways and place in the glass.
  • Dice the sheep's cheese and add half of it to the glass.
  • Add half of the chopped tomatoes and the herbs.
  • Then add the remaining sheep's cheese, tomatoes and herbs and fill with oil until everything is covered.
  • Put in colored peppercorns ... ready ... and let it steep for at least a day.
