Sheep Cheese and Sun-dried Tomatoes Pickled in Olive Oil

The perfect sheep cheese and sun-dried tomatoes pickled in olive oil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Sheep cheese
  • 1 packet Dried tomatoes in oil
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Chilli flakes
  • Thyme, rosemary, basil
  • Colorful peppercorns
  1. Peel the garlic, cut lengthways and place in the glass.
  2. Dice the sheep’s cheese and add half of it to the glass.
  3. Add half of the chopped tomatoes and the herbs.
  4. Then add the remaining sheep’s cheese, tomatoes and herbs and fill with oil until everything is covered.
  5. Put in colored peppercorns … ready … and let it steep for at least a day.
