Mixed Ham Salad with Herbs
The perfect mixed ham salad with herbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Marinade:
- 4 Discs Chicken breast cold cuts
- 1 tbsp Tomato puree
- 50 g Celery bulbs roughly diced
- 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 2 piece Shallots, diced
- 6 leaves Wild garlic fresh
- 1 stalk Fresh dill
- 2 stalk Fresh leaf parsley stalks
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt
- 3 piece Stuffed olives, cut into small slices
- 1 tbsp Condensed milk
- 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp Crema di balsamic vinegar
Ham salad:
- Lay out the sliced meat slices and brush or top with the onion slices, celery, herbs, mustard and puree and stack them on top of each other. Cut fine strips with a suitable chef’s knife and fill them in a small glass bowl. Cut the olives separately and add them at the end.
Marinade:
- Marinate the whole thing with condensed milk, balsamic vinegar and oil.
