Mixed Leaf Salad with Baked Goat Cheese
The perfect mixed leaf salad with baked goat cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the vinaigrette:
- 200 g Goat cream cheese
- 5 disc Parma ham
- Pumpkin seeds
- Currant balsamic vinegar
- Walnut oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Divide the fresh goat’s cheese (roll) into 5 portions, wrap each portion in a slice of Parma ham and fry in the pan for about one minute on each side.
