Mixed Leaf Salad with Baked Goat Cheese

The perfect mixed leaf salad with baked goat cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the vinaigrette:

  • 200 g Goat cream cheese
  • 5 disc Parma ham
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Currant balsamic vinegar
  • Walnut oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  1. Divide the fresh goat’s cheese (roll) into 5 portions, wrap each portion in a slice of Parma ham and fry in the pan for about one minute on each side.
  2. Wash the salad and arrange on a plate.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette and spread over the salad.
