Sambal Oelek Chili Seasoning Paste

Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Msp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar old

Instructions
 

Chili paste Sambal Oelek:

  • Measure out all ingredients and mix with a spoon until the mixture is well thickened. In a small test jar with a screw cap, the mixture is kept cool and can be stored until it is consumed.

Use:

  • With pan-fried and grilled meat for quick seasoning. As a side dish for fatty and strong meat.
