Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Msp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar old
Instructions
Chili paste Sambal Oelek:
- Measure out all ingredients and mix with a spoon until the mixture is well thickened. In a small test jar with a screw cap, the mixture is kept cool and can be stored until it is consumed.
Use:
- With pan-fried and grilled meat for quick seasoning. As a side dish for fatty and strong meat.
