Mixed Mushroom Salad
The perfect mixed mushroom salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Mixed mushroom salad:
- 2 piece Culture mushrooms brown
- 2 piece Culture mushrooms white
- 100 g Mushroom preserve 1st choice
- 1 piece Blue onion (rings)
- 1 piece Clove of garlic large (slices)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 4 tbsp Water or pickling liquid
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 6 piece Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Parsley
Preparation:
- Cut the raw mushrooms into slices, as well as the tomatoes, onions, garlic and parsley.
Topping:
- Mix the mushroom slices in a bowl and top with the tomato, onion, garlic and parsley topping. Finally pour oil, vinegar, liquid, pepper and salt over it.
Use:
- Fits as a supplement to warm dishes, the party buffet and barbecue items.
