Mixed Mushroom Salad

The perfect mixed mushroom salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Mixed mushroom salad:

  • 2 piece Culture mushrooms brown
  • 2 piece Culture mushrooms white
  • 100 g Mushroom preserve 1st choice
  • 1 piece Blue onion (rings)
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic large (slices)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Water or pickling liquid
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 6 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Parsley

Preparation:

  1. Cut the raw mushrooms into slices, as well as the tomatoes, onions, garlic and parsley.

Topping:

  1. Mix the mushroom slices in a bowl and top with the tomato, onion, garlic and parsley topping. Finally pour oil, vinegar, liquid, pepper and salt over it.

Use:

  1. Fits as a supplement to warm dishes, the party buffet and barbecue items.
