*** Tiramisu ***
The perfect *** tiramisu *** recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mascarino or mascarpone
- 6,5 tbsp Icing sugar
- 3 Free range eggs
- 280 g Ladyfingers – ladyfingers
- 1 tbsp Rum
- 0,25 liter Coffee
- Cocoa powder
- Chocolate chips or flakes
- 2 Prepare cups of coffee, allow to cool. Meanwhile, mix 3 whole eggs and icing sugar together until frothy. Add the mascarino spoon by spoon and slowly stir in with the mixer. Refine the cooled coffee with 1 tbsp rum.
- Briefly dip the egg scotch on both sides in the coffee-rum mixture and place in a dish. Then alternate cream and ladyfingers, top with cream. Put some cocoa powder on top of the cream with a tea strainer and then add a few chocolate flakes or chocolate chips. DONE 🙂 Chill the tiramisu immediately and let it stand overnight – this is a real treat … Note: is also very suitable for freezing – tastes fantastic after thawing
