Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms (wild mushrooms), mixed
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 40 g butter
- pepper
- Salt
- 200 g cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 sage leaves, finely chopped
- 60 g Parmesan, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and drizzle with lemon juice. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Fry the onion in butter until translucent. Add the mushroom slices and garlic and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add 100g of cream. Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining cream, sage, and cheese. Place the mushrooms in an ovenproof dish and baste with the egg mixture. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
