Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of frozen seafood (Frutti di Mare)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Sugar
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ stalk(s) Celery, diced
- 25 g black olives, pitted, cut into rings
- 2 lettuce leaves
- ½ lemon(s), untreated, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Thaw the Frutti di Mare according to the package instructions. Make a marinade with lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil. Let it marinate the seafood, celery, and olives for at least one hour. Arrange the Frutti di Mare on lettuce leaves and garnish with lemon slices.
