Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 carrots
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 1 pear(s), sour or unripe
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 peppermint leaves, dried
  • 1 some chili flakes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 dashes lemon juice, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, apple, and pear into small pieces. Slice the carrots and leeks, and tear the iceberg lettuce. Once everything is prepared, add the dried peppermint leaves and season the salad with the remaining ingredients.
