Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • ½ onion(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the carrots, remove the ends, peel, and cut into strips using a vegetable peeler. Deseed the bell pepper and dice. Peel the onions and dice them as well. Peel and slice the cucumber, then quarter the slices. Place everything in a bowl. Add the oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Finally, mix everything well.
