Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 leaves of lettuce (pick lettuce)
  • 1 small head of lettuce, green
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • 1 small bell pepper(s)
  • 1 can of tuna (in its own juice)
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 1 small jar of pitted olives
  • 1 cup dressing, homemade or purchased ready-made

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the bell peppers, cucumber, and mozzarella into small cubes and place in a bowl. Wash the lettuce, leaf lettuce, and arugula, spin dry, and chop or tear, as you prefer, and add. Add the olives, whole or sliced. Tear the tuna into pieces and place it over the salad. Finally, pour the salad dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately!
