Mixed Salad with Camembert and Grapes

The perfect mixed salad with camembert and grapes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Handful Lamb’S lettuce
  • 0,5 Red Bell pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 1 small Onion
  • 100 g Camembert
  • 1 Handful Grapes
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Balsamic cream
  1. Make a dressing out of vinegar, oil, water, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar.
  2. Peel the onion, dice it finely and stir it into the dressing.
  3. Peel the cucumber, wash the tomatoes, cut everything into slices or cubes, add to the dressing with the diced paprika and add the washed lamb’s lettuce.
  4. Cut the camembert into cubes and add to the rest of the salad with the grapes, mix everything well, sprinkle with balsamic cream and serve.
