Mixed salad with cheese and tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of mixed salad, but you can also put together your own
  • 250 g cheese, Edam in coarse strips
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 5 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 5 tbsp vinegar (7 herbs)
  • 5 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp liquid sweetener
  • 1 pack of mixed herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients, then add the rapeseed oil, vinegar, water, and herb mix to a shaker and shake vigorously. Then pour over the salad and mix well. It’s simple, but tastes delicious!
