Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 chicken breast fillets
- 1 bottle of chili sauce
- 1 bottle of curry sauce
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 can/n peach(s)
- 1 bag almond(s), sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the chicken breast fillet in a baking dish. Mix together the chili sauce, curry sauce, and cream and pour over the meat. Bake in the oven at 175°C for 1 hour. Sprinkle the peaches and almonds on top and bake for another 20 minutes. (I don’t like the almonds on top and usually leave them out, but it’s a matter of taste.)
