Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 300 g veal liver sausage
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 bunch of chives
- 3 tbsp sweet cream
- some paprika powder
- some pepper, black
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, place the liverwurst in a bowl. Finely chop the red and green bell peppers and add them to the liverwurst. Finely chop the onion and chives and add them. Now add the sweet cream, pepper, and paprika and mix well. Finally, add the salt and stir in. Always refrigerate the bowl.
