Mixed salad with sour cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 150 g cucumber(s), sliced
  • 150 g kohlrabi, finely chopped
  • 150 g radishes, finely sliced
  • 75 g arugula, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch dill or parsley, finely chopped
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • ½ tbsp lovage, dried, shredded
  • ½ tbsp celery leaves, dried, shredded
  • 1 tsp, levelled white pepper, finely ground
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers, remove the cores, and cut into thin sticks. Clean the kohlrabi and cut into thin sticks. Repeat with the radishes. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Wash the dill, pat it dry, remove the stems, and finely chop. Rinse the arugula thoroughly, pat it dry, roll it into a ball, cut it into thin strips, and add it to the bowl with the other ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Season to taste. Before serving, combine all ingredients with the salad dressing.
