Mixed salad with yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of bell peppers, mixed
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 bag of mozzarella
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 pack of ready-made mix for yogurt dressing
  • 1 salad (lettuce)
  • 1 shot of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the vegetables and cut them into cubes or bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl. Add the mozzarella. Mix the yogurt and dressing powder. Add a dash of oil and salt and mix everything together. Tip: Also delicious with other vegetables, feta cheese, olives, onions, etc.
