Toast topped with ham and cheese cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 slices of toast
  • e.g. butter
  • 50 g cooked ham, diced
  • 50 ml crème fraîche
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • 50 g cheese, grated, (Emmental)
  • Salt (chili salt)
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the crème fraîche, grated cheese, cream cheese, onion, and ham and season. Toast the bread, butter it, spread it with the ham and cheese mixture, and bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
