Mixed Strawberry Salad

The perfect mixed strawberry salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Lettuce heart
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Onion rings blue
  • 80 g Goat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Strawberry balsamic vinegar
  • 0,5 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Walnut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey liquid
  • 5 Basil leaves
  • 1 Bit Hot peppers
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  1. Pluck the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, quarter or eighth of the strawberries depending on the size. Halve the tomatoes. Place these ingredients on a plate with the cucumber slices and onion rings. Also pluck the cheese into small pieces and pour over the salad.
  2. Chop the peppers and basil. Place in a screw-top jar with the oil, pepper, honey and balsamic vinegar, shake well and pour over the salad.
  3. If you don’t like goat, you can also use feta or mozzarella.
