Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • some dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Polish cucumber salad

Peel the cucumber and slice thinly. Salt the cucumber slices in a colander and let them sit for 20 minutes. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the sour cream with the sugar and pepper. Rinse the cucumber slices with cold water and drain well, or spin them dry in a salad spinner. Mix the cream with the cucumber slices and sprinkle with chopped dill.
