Polish cucumber salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • some sugar
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • some dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mizeria

First, cut the cucumber into small cubes; you can also peel it first if you like. Place the cucumber cubes in a bowl and mix them with the salt. Let this mixture stand for half an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. Mix the sour cream with a little sugar. Once the salted cucumber cubes have marinated, drain off any excess water. Now all you have to do is add the dressing to the cucumbers. You can serve the salad with some dill, if you like.
