M&M Cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 355 ml brown sugar
  • 188 g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 532 ml flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • e.g. sweets (M&Ms or Smarties)
  • some fat for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Original recipe from the USA

Preheat the oven to 177°C (350°F). Combine the brown sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, and eggs in a large bowl with a mixer. Add the remaining ingredients—except the candy—and mix. Lightly grease a baking sheet and place the dough on it in portions to make about 16 cookies. A quick tip: It’s best to flatten the dough in your hand. Add as many M&Ms as you like (I bought really small ones so I could put several on the cookies). Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned. I translated these instructions from an American recipe, so some of you might find the measurements strange. But I didn’t want to withhold the recipe from you, because the cookies are truly delicious.
