Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • some mocha beans (chocolate decoration)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

quick, easy and delicious!

Bring the milk, pudding mix, sugar, and coffee powder to a boil and simmer for one minute while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool while stirring to prevent a skin from forming (careful, this happens quickly!). Fold in the whipped cream. Divide among serving bowls. Decorate later with dollops of cream and mocha beans, if desired. Tip: If the mixture has any lumps (a skin), stir in some praline to help blend the lumps.
