Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate (espresso or mocha chocolate)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 200 g condensed milk, sweetened, e.g. Milchmädchen
  • e.g. whipped cream, mocha beans or amarettini for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

without ice cream maker, easy to portion directly from the freezer

Melt the chocolate in the sweet condensed milk over medium heat and then let it cool. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the chocolate mixture. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4 hours. This ice cream is very creamy, but also very high in calories. That’s why I only serve it on very special occasions. 660 kcal per serving.
