Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 g instant coffee powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 400 g cream
  • 100g Baileys Irish Cream
  • 75 g nougat chocolate
  • 8 g vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

for the ice cream maker, portionable from the freezer

Heat the milk in the microwave for about 2 minutes at 900 watts. Dissolve the coffee powder in it, crumble the chocolate, and melt it in the milk. Combine the yogurt, cream, liqueur, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt with a hand blender. Add the coffee mixture and whisk until smooth. Pour into the ice cream maker and freeze. It can be portioned directly from the freezer, even after several days.
