Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g peas (frozen), thawed, drained
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3 tbsp onion(s), chopped
- 1 large garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small chili pepper(s), hot, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- e.g. coriander leaves

low-fat version of guacamole
Blend the peas, cumin, onions, chili pepper, and garlic clove in a blender until creamy. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and blend for a few more seconds. Season to taste and serve with vegetable sticks, crackers, and/or white bread. If desired, you can also stir in some chopped coriander.
