Moist and chocolatey apple pie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g cocoa powder, instant
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 4 tbsp rum or milk
  • 3 apples
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Beat the softened butter with the sugar and eggs until fluffy. Gradually stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add the rum (or milk if children are present) and mix well until a smooth batter forms. Peel and grate the apples and fold them into the batter. Bake in a greased pan at 170°C (top/bottom heat, preheated) for 1 hour.
