Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g apples
- 175 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g butter
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Peel and dice the apples. Mix the remaining ingredients together and stir in the sliced apples. Bake in a greased, round baking pan at 175°C for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
